Billing terms
What applies when you pay us for a feature or for advertising. Last updated 5 November 2026.
These terms apply to anything you (the “customer”) buy from Publishing Properties Ltd, which runs PennySaver USA. They add to our terms of use. Posting a free listing or a business deal costs nothing, so none of this applies unless you pay for something.
Featured listings and refunds
You can pay $9 to put a post first in its town, marked “Featured”, for 7 days. The 7 days start when the post is approved. If we turn your post down, the $9 goes back to you in full. Once a feature has started, the sale is final and there is no refund, even if the post comes down early. We aren't responsible for mistakes you make when you submit a post.
Payment
Payment is due by card when you place your order, and card payments are handled by Stripe. We may approve a credit line for advertising after a credit review, and we alone decide on credit lines, extensions and cancellations. If you have one, you agree to pay for all advertising ordered by you or your employees or agents as soon as you receive a statement or invoice.
Costs of collection
You agree to pay the costs of collecting any unpaid balance, including collection agency fees, court costs and reasonable attorneys' fees, whether or not a lawsuit is filed.
Interest
Past-due amounts carry interest of 1.5% a month, from the date they were due until the date we receive payment.
Prices
Prices may change without notice. You pay the price in effect when your advertisement runs.
Corrections
Please check that your advertisement is correct. We are responsible for only one incorrect insertion, and you must tell us about any error within 30 days of it.
Limit on damages
We aren't liable to you for leaving something out of an advertisement, or for errors or omissions in it, whether or not we were negligent, for more than the amount you paid for that advertisement. This includes any loss of business.
Your content
You are fully responsible for your right to use any name, address, trademark, service mark, trade name or other wording in your advertisement, and for making sure it follows all applicable laws, including federal, state and local licensing requirements.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us and hold us harmless from any claim, loss, damage or liability that comes from your use of a name, address, trademark, trade name, service mark or similar designation in an advertisement, or from your breach of the section above.
Governing law
Your transactions with us are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any lawsuit between us will be brought only in the state or federal courts of Orange County, California. You accept the jurisdiction of those courts and waive any objection to venue there.
