Saris Bike Beam (Top Tube Adapter Bar). This accessory is designed to create a "virtual" top tube for bikes that lack a straight crossbar- such as step-through frames, women's cruisers, full-suspension mountain bikes, or BMX bikes. By bridging the gap between the seat post and the handle bar stem, it allows you to safely mount these non-traditional frames onto standard hanging-style trunk or hitch bike racks.
